Greetings everyone, welcome to my entry for this week's engagement challenge from this amiable community on the best place I've visited. There are so many places on this list but one stands out and I'm going to share that with you all and that's the RALCORP MANGROVE PARK
LOCATION: RALCORP MANGROVE PARK
Ralcorp Mangrove Park is a cool spot in Ijala, Ikenren, Warri Delta State, Nigeria. It was created by a guy named Henry Erikowa to encourage people to explore nature and have fun.
It is a historical site where I was welcomed with the site of all sorts of interesting stuff, like documented things from maps, clay pots, ways we can take care of the environment, and lots of other fun things to do. The park is located in a very peaceful and beautiful area, surrounded by nature.

My experience of the Ralcorp Mangroves Park was nothing short of stunning. The water surrounding the area was calm, blessing us with a place where we could relax, enjoy the sights, and learn a lot of new things about the history of the place and Nigeria at large.

This was an unplanned journey that me and my friends embarked on somewhere around July last year, so it was a summer trip. We wanted to take time off our work routine during the summer holidays and go sightseeing, relax and have which made the whole experience an unforgettable one.
Although at the time of our visit, some maintenance needed to be carried out, we still had fun as it is an incredible place. The workers were very generous and delightful as they delegated two of your guides to carry us through the fascinating sights of the place.

The journey itself was a very peaceful one but expensive on my part though this is because I reside in a different state, Bayelsa and I had to meet up with my friends at Delta, which we then moved together to the park.
There was no sort of trouble even when I had to come back home after the whole experience, till today, I still look to another trip like this because it was such a nice experience which I did share with the Steemit community back then.

Indeed it was an experience full of fun as there were crocodiles in view but I couldn't take shot of as I was scared my phone would fall inside the pond.
