INTRODUCTION
My would born country, this is an interesting topic, so many people have been telling me that I don't look like Nigerian, and when I checked my face in the mirror I found out that what they have been telling me is nothing but the truth. So thank you for the engagement challenge topic because I will have the privilege to choose the country I would have liked to be born.
Which country would you like to be born instead of yours?
If I have the privilege to choose a country to be born in rather than my own country Nigeria, it would be no other country but Italy. I have always been attracted and interested by the rich culture, history, and gastronomy of Italy. Their beautiful landscapes, their art, and the architecture of this country makes it a unique and a special place for one to be born.
Why did you choose this country in particular?
I have some unique reasons why I choose Italy, so one of the main reasons I choose this great country "Italy" is because of its gastronomy. Italian cuisine which is known for its fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and variety of dishes. From pasta and pizza to gelato and tiramisu, the last time I checked, Italian food is loved by people all over the world. The important thing is their fresh, high-quality ingredients and slow cooking methods this makes Italian dishes Very unique and delicious.
The more reason I will love to choose Italy is because of its rich culture. Italy has a long and interesting history, with so many cultural landmarks and traditions which has been preserved for years. Italy is a country that invest their cultural heritage. The Italian people are also known for their sympathy and hospitality, which makes the country so friendly and a welcoming place to live.
What's so special about this country to be considered as your best choice? Gastronomy, culture, religion...
When we talk the religion of italy, most part of Italy are Catholic, with the Vatican City which is located within its borders.
The impact of Catholicism can be seen in their architecture, art, and traditionsz, adding another layer of richness to the Italy is the cultural landscape.
State the differences between that nation and the one you belong to.
I'm Nigerian, I am proud of my country, till tomorrow, my country is the best for me, but for the country which I choose to be born there are so much different. So the differences between Italy and my own country Nigeria are outstanding. My country Nigeria which I come from has a younger history and a different cultural background, even the food in my country is also different, with a centre on spicy flavors and various effects from several food around the world.
In conclusion, Italy is the country that I will love to be born in because of love I have for its culture, gastronomy and history. The beauty of its landscapes, the comfort of its people, and the richness of its cultural heritage make italy a special place to live.
