Interviewing an Steemian
Hello friend's welcome to my interview session with my mentor, friend and leader, in this session I will take him on some questions which I will be answering on his behave according to the rule of this challenge. I hereby welcome a great steemian from Venezuela in the person of @wilmer1988. You are specially welcomed sir.

My name is @okere-blessing from Nigeria I will be your host for today's interview. This platform brought me close to this users, since then I discovered that he has the potential to be a leader. He is a very active and hardworking steemain that many admires to be like. He is a good steem representative that direct and support users in any little way he can.

I choose him for my interview because he has a lot to teach us the upcoming steemian.
The upcoming steemian need to learn from your consistency that has given you the chance to reach this level
Sir what is your vision and mission of joining steemit.
I was introduced to steemit by a friend, as an honest person I saw likewise mind who made my journey on this platform so easy . I became more interested. Since then I have decided to be creating content that will benefit every user and as well support the steemit team in carrying out my work diligently.
@wilmer1988 what do you tell the upcoming steemians?
Steemit is a win win platform where engagement, Activeness and consistency is the key, for the upcoming steemians to be successful there's need to explore and relate with people in order to learn very fast.
Building steem power is not a magic it's all about discipline and knowing what you want, therefore it's advisable for newbies to focus more on building their steem power .
sir @wilmer1988 what can keep a steemian for long in the platform without being tired or thinking of powering down?
Like you all know Outside steemit i have my offline business that keeps me going, having another source of income will help you build the confidence you need to stay long without powering down or quitting. So friends have a multiple streams of income.
Sir as a representative what do you have to say about Tron disappearance?
I know that this is what many users has been waiting to hear, I have no power to return any tron for now, but I will advice we all be hopeful, it may return at due time.
Why did you choose that person?
I choose this leader because of his good works on the platform, he is of good example, he has not shown any signs of discrimination among users.
Do you think it's important to relate to other people at Steemit?
I'm not regretting joining steemit, the people steemit has connected me to has become irresistibly part of me. Relating to other people on steemit has a very important aspect.
I have learned how to communicate well with others and I have known other people's culture from relating with them on steemit.
Relating with other steemians motivates me to keep doing my best.
