Getting angry is a problem. Being really angry is not going to give solution in any situation. But it is bound to happen that the situation worsens and the relationship suffers. When we can't do something about a situation, or when others don't act the way we expect, our helplessness manifests as anger. Anger is a habit, you can change it if you understand and keep trying. It can also be successful. So, no matter how angry I get, I will calm myself down.

Are you one of the people who gets angry easily?

I used to get very angry too. Getting angry meant yelling at the street person, yelling to get on my nerves, using spoons as weapons, hurling words that my ears couldn't bear, etc. I did low-grade work. It was only when my loved ones hated me that I realized that this was not something I was proud of.

At the same time, anger is necessary to rebuke our children whenever they do something wrong. Suppose a stranger behaves in a public place in a way that we do not like. We should have the right to object to it indignantly. At the same time, we are wrong to expect strangers to be bound by our anger. Only if they properly understand our objection will they stop doing what we don't like.

What situations make you lose your calm and get in a bad mood?

Getting angry is human nature and we get angry when we see and do some things ordinarily I get angry especially in the below mentioned things.
  • When a strong person attacking week one for his gain.

  • When we are unable to fulfill our needs.

  • When we don't like the activities of our children or dependents.

  • When a thing of ours is taken from us by force.

  • When someone uses bad words directly towards us.

  • When our hopes and expectations are shattered.

  • When claiming to have done a wrong or an act which he did not do.

  • Due to interruptions while doing something in a hurry.

Tell us the last reason that made you angry.

I usually get angry over the smallest things. But the incident that made me tense the most happened two months ago. I have airtel broadband for my home internet connection. Its cable crosses the road in front of our house and the cable was cut by some tall vehicle. So my internet is blocked. For this I had called Airtel company customer care and complained. They said they would come the next day and gave a compline number.

When no one came the next day, when I called them, they asked all the details and said they would come the next day. It came back the next day but no one came to fix it. When we called back they asked for details and every time we called we had to tell them our history which took about 15 minutes which was a huge problem for me. So I got angry and argued with them and my anger got worse and I called them for 2 to 3 hours and harassed them.

I also registered the matter on the consumer complaint portal of the government. After that I got a call from Airtel company in two days and asked about the matter and assured that we will come and fix it. Also, they came two days later and fixed it, I thought if they had done this earlier, how could we not have gotten angry.

Do you think getting angry is a bad or a negative thing?

Anger can be accompanied by certain health problems such as stress, thyroid problems, or certain medications that can increase anger. As well as some mental health problems, stress, anxiety, or personality disorders can increase anger. It's a good idea to talk to your doctor or a mental health professional to determine what's causing your anger outburst. They can examine your health, psychological well-being, and lifestyle to help you determine what's causing your anger.

Your selfie shot in an angry mood is quite charming; it appears very innocent, and no one will blame you once they see your face.

Haha yes, you're right, I can't pretend to be angry. In fact, if I get angry, it will be worse to watch.

😃 Yes, I understood.

Assalamu Alaikum, dear ones, I hope you will be well. Anger is a natural thing and we get angry only when we are not expecting the same as what others are doing to us, so it is natural that we lose control of our emotions. Although this is an unpleasant thing but it has become a part of life even if we don't want it and at some point we can't control our anger. I guess there is spelling mistake in burnsteem have a look please

Thank yopu for reading and thanks for pointing out the mistake, I just changed it, have nice day
