Hello beautiful women of Steem Women Club community;
I founded this community about 4 months ago. Currently there are 2,500 women members in the community. I am sure that this number will exceed 3,500 thousand people in a month. We will try to win together by keeping the purpose and motto of the community alive.
Due to the growing community, we have to hire new representatives to better serve women. This is a must-have situation both to foster better interaction in the community and to be able to appeal to people in different countries. We will continue our efforts to strengthen and win you in the best way possible. We will support each other by not forgetting the motto of the community. ** WE ARE STRONG TOGETHER **!

South East Asia Representative Election
You know, quality content increases as the community grows. We are very pleased with the community development and your happiness. However, it would be better to encourage quality writing while developing it.
Therefore, I will select Representatives from different countries to increase the quality content of my community and to meet women from different cultures.
This way we will strive to provide voting support for every quality post and you will receive information for quality content. So I will choose representatives according to the continent or the majority of the country. We will make a selection of representatives from South East Asian Countries. For example ; I will choose a person from countries like Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Representative Terms
There is no specific requirement, all we want is to provide support to the community. At the same time, he must have knowledge about steemit. It should give the necessary information to women's questions. telegram should be in constant contact with women who will form a group on discord channel. We have to chat when I need to reach. I will give all the necessary information. At the same time, he should see it as a job and work with discipline.
What will the WomenClub Community Representative do?

We can see this as a job. Our aim is to create quality and original content instead of unnecessary information on this platform. And at the same time it will be to gain a certain profit while sharing our ideas.

I'm from Bangladesh (not southeast Asia but South Asia).
Being here since November 2018; seen many ups and downs but still hanging strong. :) :)
I helped different curation and community development program before. For example, you may hear of Helpie, BdCommunity, innerblocks, etc (they are from Old Steemit; before the split), I worked for them.
Steem is my passion and I would love to invest time & effort for this amazing community.
