Steem Women Power Up Event: The Habit of Powering-Up @jes88

The person with the habit of giving, never looses a friend

Greetings with love from the bottom of my heart to all ladies in this comminity, and to all gentlemen reading this post. I have just learned recently the importance of powering-up and it made me think to the the highest level the habit of doing it. There are ways that I can gather STEEM;

• rewards from winning community contests
• receiving it from a friend
• buying STEEM using my SBDs

Maybe there are still many ways that I still need to know but as a newborn in this community, this is what my journey brings me.

1. My first day in Powering-up
When I learned it from reading the post of my Co-steemians, @bisayakalog and @traderpaw, I immediately shared it to others. Here are the process of my first power-up.

2. The second week I made a Power-Up
I exchange my 1SBD to 11.943 STEEM. Then I transferred 10 Steem to Steem Power.

3. The third week I made a Power-Up
When I was choosen as the top picks, I received 2 STEEM. I immediately exchange it to STEEM POWER with my balance 1 STEEM equals 3 STEEMS.

The Steem that I transferred is a little bit for now. But I am making sure to make it a habit weekly. There is nothing more that I can contribute is that to buy STEEM and transferred it to Steem Power. I know how important Powering-Up in our community, that is why I am coaching other Steemians as much as I know. Together with one of my steemitbuddy @sweetmaui01, we are learning more about power-up.

The habit of powering-up can help to the platform if every Steemian will understand how would it affect to our community. Thank you for your time reading.
