How to use Uziza and the mixture
Uziza is a natural spice which can be used in preparing different delicacies like African salad, Ora soup, bitter Leaf soup and many more. Uziza has both seeds and the leaves so you can use them according to the way you so desire.
Tell us their uses
Uziza can be used as a spice to prepare whatsoever you want to prepare it has this natural taste this local taste which makes it good for every kind of local dishes. I enjoy using it for every kind of local delicacies.
Any side effects?
I have not noticed any kind of side effects in my usage of uziza. The only thing I can say about it is that too much of everything can be bad so it is very important that you use it in a good measurement using the good measurement don't over use it and when you under use it it is not bad but just be wise in using it.
Who is eligible to use them and who is not
Anybody can make use of uziza. But I have a little exception when it comes to children. Giving it to newborns for me I don't give it to newborns I make use of it and any child that is old enough to eat can also eat it.
What positive or negative experiences have you had using them?
Ok my positive experience in using uziza is that it has this good test I enjoy the text in my soup when you use the leaf or the seed in your egusi soup it is very unique and also banga soup it's very sumptuous. It is a natural Spice so it helps to reset the system so it is very healthy it is very good for everybody. For the side effect that have not noticed any side effect of uziza.
How to use Uda and the mixture
Uda is also a natural spice which is used to prepare different things. In my place we make use of Uda to prepare especially yam pepper soup for new mothers. Uda is not prepared alone it is one of the ingredients that is used in preparing something just as you use other spices in your food preparation that is the same way you make use of Uda

As I said earlier Uda is used to prepare yam pepper soup for new mothers it can also be used for Kunu preparation just the same way you make use of other ingredients that is the same way you make use of of Uda
Any side effects?
Uda is a resetter of system it helps to wash out bad blood from the new mother's body so I have not come to notice any side effects just that it is pepperish so you have to make use of it in a good quantity you don't put too much of it because if you put too much of uda you will not be able to eat the meal that you prepared it just a little quantity of uda is okay in your food.

Talking on eligibility of uda can be used by anybodybexcept newborns
What positive or negative experiences have you had using them?
I have not come to notice any negative effect from it. The postive effect i noticed is that, any time i take it when i just put to birth it helped to flush dirty blood from my body and my stomach contracted faster.
How to use Ugu and the mixture
Ugu or fruited pumpkin is high in vitamins. You can use it to prepare sauc y. Ugu can be used for Soup preparation and as you deem it fit.
Tell us their uses
Ugu can be used as a blood tonic. How are use it for blood tonic is that I squeeze the water out then I mix it with 18 of milk cyclic condensed milk liquid milk. for those who are not irritated by the smell of egg you can add raw egg to the mixture and drink. It works fast for blood tonic
Any side effects?
I have not noticed any visible side effect of ugu just that too much of everything is bad it may not be bad in this sense but when you overuse it it becomes bad so just use it with wisdom don't overuse it because when you overuse it you may experience running stomach which is generally known as purging.
Who is eligible to use them and who is not
Everybody is eligible to make use of ugu unless your doctor says we should not make use of it.
What positive or negative experiences have you had using them?
I have not noticed any negative effect from make the use of ugu. The positive things that have noticed is that one of the days where I was feeling as if I had shortage of blood so I quickly missed ugu and milk I took it for like 3 days and you know that complain left automatically.
How to use Bitter Leave and the mixture
Bitter Leaf is used in different instances so I will talk on three major ways I use bitter leaf. I bitter leaf a times to use to reduce the level of sugar in my system when I feel that I've taken sugar so much and I need a little reduction I will take bitter Leaf so it helps to reduce the quantity of sugar. Also I use bitter leaf to help me in times of pregnancy so as not to throw up so I just wash it and eat it raw so that the taste helps me a lot.
Tell us their uses
Bitter Leaf can be used for Soup preparation I use it for my cocoyam soup sometimes my coconut soup I can decide to add bitter leaf that is I wash it to remove the bitter taste and use it as a leave in my soup. Bitter Leaf can also be used in the cosmetic industry for soap preparation and for cream to sometimes when I am preparing my black soap I put it a little because it helps to remove rashes yes it is to remove rashes from the body
Any side effects?
Any side effect from my usage of bitter leaf. I have been using sister live for so many years now I've used it as old as I am.
Who is eligible to use them and who is not
Anybody is eligible to use bitter Leaf yes from an infant. A times I give my children bitter Leaf water to a clearing their system. Just yesterday i gave it to my daughter.
What positive or negative experiences have you had using them?
I have not noticed any negative effects from the use of bitter leaf stop the positive thing I've noticed with my usage of bitter Leaf is that it helps to clear the system the stomach it helps to clean the stomach to the skin itself to remove rashes or necessary lashes you not be seeing those on excessive rashes on your skin when you make use of bitter leaf in a good quantity
How to use Scent Leave and the mixture
It is a natural Spice which can be used for Soup preparation and also can be squeezed or b o i l and taking independently.
Tell us their uses
I use sent Leaf to prepare ofe akwu that is Banga soup, I also use it to prepare beans, I make use of scent leaf when my children are purging and I want to quench the purging I will I use scent leaf.
Any side effects?
I have not come to notice any visible side effects from my use of it
Who is eligible to use them and who is not
Everybody is eligible to make use of scent leaf from infancy

Oohh I know uda in my village it is a very special fruit and believed to have super natural powers and other health benefits too. I love the Ugu/fruited pumpkin is so nice when prepared as soup and had many health benefits as you've indicated. We a have what it takes to stay healthy so let's make use of them
