Grasshoppers are herbivorous insects of the suborder Caelifera in the order Orthoptera. These insects have antennae that are almost always shorter than their bodies and also have a short ovipositor.

Today we are back again with macro photography content, this time the object is a wooden grasshopper that is perched on a plant. This grasshopper contains a lot of protein minerals and high vitamins so many people consume wood locusts and other types of grasshoppers with a certain process. Wooden grasshoppers can be used as snacks satay-shaped foods and even used as herbal and alternative medicines to cure various diseases.
