Greetings to all people with big hearts!
As you may know, @wox-helpfund continues to help people who need funds for treatment. This is possible thanks to you, our donors. Every crumb, every STEEM, eventually becomes part of something big, becomes the straw that saves someone's life.
In order for there to be even more kindness, today we are announcing the first Steemit charity auction! We owe our first lot to a sensitive and compassionate woman, an outstanding artist, a dedicated member of the WORLD OF XPILAR community, and our good friend Romanie Sanchez. She donated to us her unique surrealist work that has never been published online and never been exhibited.
Our auction lot will be this painting called "Barra de Lagoa" in the form of an NFT token. The NFT token also contains a description in two languages, created by the author of the painting. We are sure that true connoisseurs of art will be interested in such an offer.
A Few Technical Details
Token Standard: ERC-721
Network: Polygon
Your crypto wallet must support NFT and be on the Polygon network for a successful token transfer. Example wallets: Trust Wallet, Metamask or others. Check your wallet for NFT compatibility before giving your transfer address.
You can check all the necessary information about the NFT that you received (including the address of its smart contract and much more) on the website: https://polygonscan.com
To receive your NFT, the auction winner simply needs to copy their ETH wallet address and give it to us.
Auction Rules
- The starting price is 10 STEEM.
- Auction step - 5 STEEM. This means that each subsequent offer must be at least 5 STEEM more than the previous one.
- The duration of the auction is 7 days. The auction will be closed when this post becomes inactive.
- The winner of the auction will be the one who offers the highest price for the NFT token.
- To receive the NFT token, the winner must transfer the appropriate amount of STEEM to @wox-helpfund and provide us with their ETH wallet address.

Very noble initiative. However, I've one question regarding auction itself:

I found this to be a bit confusing.
Lets say I want to offer 10 steem and then lets assume that I would like to increase my offer by 5 steem.
How to do that?

You are right, you can offer a price by writing about it in a comment. If you want to raise your bid later, just leave another comment.
P. S. And transfer an additional 5 STEEM to the @wox-helpfund account.
This will be a unique experience, hopefully many users join in to participate.

Even when I got a much powerfull one in mind:
what @xpilar if we could solve the still ongoing trouble with the WoxDefi.App positive and asking all the for sure grateful token holders to donate a part of their reactivated/saved tokens to the @wox-helpfund ???
I guess this could boost the wox-helpfund enormously, but therefor we need a statement about the actual situation, this long kept silence isn´t really helpful even when the background is not to tell again a date and then fail, no information isn´t the right way ;)
WoxDefi has had plans to support wox-helpfund from the start, but unfortunately we have had a number of problems as you know with WoxDefi.
My developers have not been able to give me a clear answer as to when this will be ready to run again
