I had a long discussion with @the-gorilla where we talked about the spontaneous and robotic nature of the platform.
Thinking about it I believe there is more to authors than just some engagement challenges and contest. All these hinged around some requirements which hinders the author from showcasing is full potential.

Last month I made a publication where I commented that I had not been able to continue with my chemotherapy treatment since I was missing the drug Trastuzumab, which is very expensive and that the Pharmacy had days without distributing it since it was not arriving. No, the medication has not yet arrived and there are several expensive medications that have not arrived. Last Friday the cellar that brings the medicines arrived and here in Maracaibo they did not bring these drugs and the people are desperate.

Trouble with my new Garmin watch

So I bit the bullet and finally got a Garmin watch. It is a VivoActive 4 which is neither the top of the line nor the bottom and I guess I like it so far. I should have seen this coming but it is considerably more complicated than I hoped it would be. I like some of the features on the watch but so far, I don't really think I am going to be using this all that much.

Where would you like to film the full moon rising? I've already tried all the main locations in the city and started looking for something further away. And then I remembered about the bridge over the Toshnya River in the village of Dudinskoye in the Vologda region.

Going above and beyond in a sketch

My students have seriously embraced the tactic I taught them about doing pencil sketches first, then going back over the lines with a felt tip pen and lastly, adding some color to the pictures. While it does concern me a bit that a lot of the students' work ends up looking the same, I am happy they are embracing this tactic that is merely meant to get them to be happy with their work.
