Many traditions are deeply ingrained in my family, including Eid gatherings, birthday dinners, get-togethers, and graduation parties. I'm proud to be the fifth doctor in my immediate family. Both of my parents, and later my two older brothers, graduated as doctors. Now, I've joined their ranks, although as a dentist. Nevertheless, in Pakistan, dentists are considered doctors too!

Feeling overwhelmed by other people

There are times when we just feel so distracted with other people's action and feel anxious or stressed out with their behavior and then no one is able to understand our own actions or find a rational to it, which kind of further creates anxiety for us. Forget other people, we ourselves are not able to rationalize our own actions. So, in the first place why do we allow other people to affect us mentally? It is not something we do it with choice but it just happens and to get out of this loop there is a lot of inner work that needs to be done.
