The Diary Game 22/07/24: nature and fitness
Hello my dear Steemians,
Another day without rain, it is quite rare recently so we are keen to use the moment and to be outside as often as possible. Early morning we look at the weather forecast and to make sire that at least there is some time free of rain. We have no problems to go our when it is cloudy but it is not really nice to be wet.
While people live in cities we have a lot of cars around and walking in city means that we breath exhaust fumes of cars that is why we try to go somewhere like parks, coast that we have less cars.
It is warm today about +19C but the ground is still wet form the rain that was over night, we decided not to take umbrella but our rain coats just in case.
When we go to the local park we always pass this little path, it goes along the beautiful building, that was built a century ago and when I saw it first time I thought that it is something like a museum especially this little round window was looking so cute. I was surprised to see that this is a "Dance School" we do not know exactly what kind of because we never entered but I always thought that for kids it might be very exciting feeling to be int his old building and have here their classes.
Finally we arrived to park and it is early morning, do you see something unusual? Yes, there is no one there. For kids it is too early they either having breakfast or maybe still sleeping. Occasionally we see people with dogs, it might be a good driving force to go in fresh air.
When I see the photos, it looks like in autumn, I prefer summer photos, hopefully next time it will be more sun and blue sky.
This is the highlight of the walk it is a beautiful view and so high above the sea, I hope you also can see the ships on horizon, they are usually park there fore a day or too and then will continue their path.
When you look from the height down you can see calm water, it is low tide and we can see the bottom of coast. It is not sand beach that is why we do not have people swimming here but there are small stones. The next time when we will be close to water I will try to test how cold is water there.
Today we also do not see any dogs on a coast, often they like to run into water too. Today we did not see any, probably again it is too early.
Altogether we had our 4,6 miles walk, we are full of energy despite of that long trip.
One of the best this after such walk is a delicious cup pf cappuccino for two, hope you also had a nice walk with us.

Yes, we love out workout, once we got older it feels that we have to do more, probably it is now a habit so it is automatically something that we plan for our weekends :)
