New role of Steem Representative

Hello my dear Steemians,

Today I wanted to share with out WOX community that our account @stef1 is nominated as Steem Representative. Majority of our activity in the past already included that we were supporting users and also inviting new users with their guidance and advises to find their niche in Steemit blockchain. It is important to have someone who would be able to encourage the users and help them to develop themselves. As always it is we need a an environment where people have friends and where people are happy to come back and feel like home.

Being a user and like many of us Moderator of communities we often see new people, new users or maybe old users who the decided to come back but the whole system now has been changed. Therefore, it is important to explain those users what they should do in order to be noticed and to get support from so many Initiatives of the Steemit Team such as SteemcuratorXX accounts with 7 Teams and more than 49 Curators who are daily working and searching for good posts to support

• if you like to be noticed produce your own content: you may do it in your own language
• use your own photography
• if you are using Internet free source then cite it
• do not use AI generated help for creating texts
• you should do Power UP, at least 50% of your Payout but regular, at least once a month
• the users who*** Power Down will not be considered***
• do not use bots to boost your post
• do not delegate to accounts who will give your Upvote for delegation

The user is from Moldova his name is Sergei, who despite of joining in 2017 had been away for couple of years and then returned. While coming back to new Steemit of course, there were not many who he knew. I am glad that after chatting to him and exchanging the messages we have a new active user now in WOX. He Powered up 500 Steem during last 3 month from that 100 Steem during last month.

This is another user who has a good potential, she is a teacher of Art and has children in her Art classes. It is a pleasure to see how they are developing the skills but also simple happy moments of discovery something new and who knows maybe then Art will play an important role in their future. The user's posts now set to 100% Power Up. Hopefully we will see @crafter more often on Steemit.

There is an education day everyday and if we do our work good we may increase the number of retained users but also to increase the number of interesting, creative and engaged users. Many have their Instagram and Twitter accounts and that is something that might helps us to increase the awareness with spreading the information using other social media too.
