Homework: Drawing like a pro - 21, drawing a mortar lesson by @jorgevandeperre

 

Hello my dear Steemians,

 

Today I wanted to present you my next drawing that I did following the exercise of our WOX Art Professor @jorgevandeperre.

 

 

Why I like this drawing?

 

There are few reasons:

• there are few shapes rhombus, oval but also square
• I like that Jorge this time showed the shading and direction of light source
• the final result looks really like 3d shape.

 

I must say that this drawing was a bit easier for me than the cap. Nevertheless there are two areas that I felt a bit difficult:

• To do hatching inside of the deepening
• To do the shadow, I do not like how it looks like.
