Garden news: Baby-boy carrot
Hello my dear Steemians,
The day before I shared with you news about our harvest and also mentioned that we have pulled out first three carrots, two of them we have eaten shortly after and like I told they were very juicy and sweet. By the way did you know that a carrot a day also leads to improvement of your immune system due to beta-carotene that is an anti-oxidant that protects our cells from toxin damage and also slow down cancer cell growth. Therefore, try to eat one carrot a day.
When we were chatting about that, we found our third carrot, that was unusual shape, one body that was divided into like two legs, our carrot did not want to lay there alone and got up on its legs and started to walk on the garden table looking around. That was a baby-boy carrot, that was happy to see now this beautiful and colourful world around with beautiful blue sky and sunny day. Previously it was in soil, there it was dark and nothing to see. That is why it was trying to run around and wanted to check up if it can move beyond that table.
When looking around it has seen so many other green plants and all of them were different, some with flowers on the top and the flowers were various colours, that made them so attractive. That is why our carrot wondered if he also could have flowers later as there were long leaves on its head, like long hair.
Who knows maybe one day I also will be a beautiful flower- he thought

At this moment the baby carrot wanted to run away because it was just out in this world and did not want to be eaten, but the table was too high for it to jump down.
Finally it was tired and just sat don on the table thinking: It is OK, I am vegetable and that is my fate.
Seeing our baby carrot so said we said: It is okay, we are not going to eat you know so you can stay with us for next couple of days and maybe to learn other vegetables and fruits. Carrots and apples are normally good friends so we decided to put em together so that it is not too boring and so that he finds new friends.
