Fried potatoes with fish.
If you remember I mentioned to you about our organic shop in one of the previous posts this time I wanted to share the post with once again the products from our local Fish shop, that is recently opened and the products are all fresh. Early last week we visited the shop just because of curiosity and we liked it. The staff was very friendly, the assortment is rich for any taste, everything that you could think of made of fish.

In order to support local provider I thought of cooking simple but delicious dish: Fish with potatoes and onion, of course black paper and salt and few mushrooms, but nothing else. The potatoes and onion were also from local farmer so everything is grown and caught locally and the taste is absolutely amazing!

Yes, it is very easy and usually if you do not have much products at home then it is one of the choice. I remember as students this was our favourite food :)
For me, eating fish is very healthy, and your recipe is healthy, apart from the fact that I haven't tried it, so I'll try it!

I was thinking about having some fish and chips the other day too.
The technique for making the chips in particular was cutting a big potato about less than 1 inch x 1 inch thickness and lengthwise, boiling it in season water, cooling it off in cold water then putting it in the fridge to dry it before frying it to a crisp, then season again with some salt!
For the fish, any white fleshed fish, you just fry it and its up to you what dip you will use or make.👍
Yes, one of the delicious and simple dish to cook. I can imagine that even for young people who are not good in cooking that dish could not be too difficult :)
