Fighting Abuse on Steem: PLAGIARISM and DECEPTION case: @mrchowdhury

Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,

 

 

Unfortunately, here is another case of Plagiarism and once again we just witness how many people trying to deceive people in order to get more rewards.

Often, I wonder what those people think when they decide to do so. They will not get more for their posts, because Curation trials will check first before supporting such suspicious posts. Behaving this way those users make it more difficult for newbees to start up.

It is well known that in „World of Xpilar“ we are supporting Visual Art, there are many contests where users can present their Photogrpahy and creations.

Therefore, it is easy to notice the new users and of course, because we are doing curation for already very long time it is a habit to check up the background first.

 

This user, posted his

 

 

Do you want to know what made us suspicious? Try to guess…

 

Look at the name of post:

• Acrylic painting

• Now look at the tags: #oilpaint, #oilart, #oil

 

 

That was enough for us who are working for a long time in Art sector, none of Artist will mistake and when doing Art with Acrylic call it Oil painting.

They are two different type of Medium, with completely different characters and way of application.

After a little search we have found, the painting that the user posted is painting was taken from “Art&Life”

 

 

The Original Painting was done by Famous Artist Stanislav Sidorov, you know that many artists like to use the idea of others and represent it changing a bit of the reference. So it was done for the above painting
