Friday's collage

Hello @stef1 and to all friends of the WOX community!

For years I've been making collages in my free time, mostly at home, although I've occasionally attended workshops in Ibiza.

Mixing analogue and digital I can make different versions of the same collage.

The black and white and textured processing I did with a program called PhotoScape X, I also like the black and white version.

But the really cool thing about collage is cutting, pasting and filling the floor with papers, flipping through magazines and catalogues while your mind is only thinking about it and your eyes are away from the screens...Try it!!! I'm sure you'll love it...the result is the least of it.

For this collage I used bright yellow placemats as a background, which I never used at home.

The funny thing about collage is that when seeing that everyone will try to interpret it because our mind wants something that it can associate with the library in our memory. I like the harmony of colours and the combination of hte two primary colours :)

I completely agree with you. The analogical process of a collage is much more exciting than digital. Cutting, pasting and scratching gives the final result a magical air.

Congrats for this special work, not often seen in the community.
