CONTEST PHOTOGRAPHING ARCHITECTURE | 12 edition - Tinglados (Warehouses)
Hello to all friends of the WOX community and lovers of architectural photography.
I am participating in the 12th edition of the contest organised by @xaviduran with a small report of the Tinglados of the port of Valencia.
The Tinglados, in Modernist style, were built more than 100 years ago by the engineers Jose María Fuster and Fausto Elio Vidarte and served as a storage area for goods.
Originally there were 6 Tinglados, nowadays only 3 are still standing after surviving the bombardments of the Civil War (2, 4 and 5).
They are now a cultural asset and host everything from music concerts to skateboarders and skaters.

Hola a todos amigos de la comunidad WOX y amantes de la fotografía arquitectónica.
Participo en la edición número 12 del concurso organizado por @xaviduran con un pequeño reportaje de los Tinglados del puerto de Valencia.
Los Tinglados, de estilo Modernista, fueron construidos hace más de 100 años por los ingenieros Jose María Fuster y Fausto Elio Vidarte y servían como zona de almacenaje de mercancías.
En origen habían 6 Tinglados, actualmente sólo quedan 3 en pie después de sobrevivir a los bombardeos de la Guerra Civil (el 2,4 y 5).
Actualmente son un bien cultural y albergan desde conciertos de música, a skaters y patinadores.
