My friends from World of Xpillar community are aware that I'm writing a travelogue for our trek to Annapurna Base Camp. We were a group of eight indians - Abhishek, Ambar, Ankita, Binoy, Kathakali, Tapas, Ujjwal, and myself Sampat.
We were able to reach Dovan (2,579 m) on 05-April-2021. The next day, weather was cloudy. Hence we doesn't spend much time for photography and started early.
Location : Dovan, Nepal.
Device : Redmi 9 Power.
After starting from Dovan, we had to cross the river Modi khola (khola indicates river) using a wooden bridge.
Location : On the way between Dovan to Deurali, Nepal.

The trail then goes through dense forest. There is a holy shrine. We spent sometime here asking for the blessings from the God.

After a mix of ascending and plain road, we reached Himalaya (2,899 m). We had our lunch here.

The menu we opted for is pizza and cold lemon. The pizza was freshly baked and and tasted awesome accompanied with cool breeze and sound of the river.

After lunch, we continued the trek. It is over boulder zone. With stiff climb for about 1.5 hours, we reached a cave called Hinku cave. From there we had to move straight, cross one snow-patch which was a part of an avalanche and a stream. Then after a climb for 30 minutes, we reached Deurali (3,229 m) and decided to stay there.
Cost : 500 NPR or 6.76 USD per double bed room with common toilet outside. Food cost extra.
Today we trekked around 8km and gained altitude from 2,579 m (Dovan) to 3,699 m (Deurali).

Hello @stef1, many thanks for nominating my post for booming account upvote. I confirm the content is written by myself.
I strongly recommend you to plan Annapurna Base Camp. The best thing is you will find tea-houses along with the route. Clean room, western toilet, electricity, hot shower (on extra pay), western toilet, different food options, even wi-fi (on extra pay) are available !! If you love mountain, ABC is a must visit. Go for it !!
