Bruschetta with pear in caramel and cheese.
Just the case when a light, slightly salty taste of cheese meets a sweet and spicy pear in syrup.
Bruschetta is a hot and crispy bread that is rubbed over the surface with a head of garlic and then seasoned with olive oil and (possibly) other ingredients.
A distinctive feature of bruschetta from a sandwich or toast is that the slices of bread are pre-dried before frying (on the grill, on a wire rack or in a frying pan without oil). Ciabatta is perfect for making bruschetta.

Как раз тот случай, когда лёгкий, чуть солоноватый вкус сыра встречается со сладкой и пряной грушей в сиропе.
Брускетта - это горячий и хрустящий хлеб, который натирается головкой чеснока по поверхности и затем приправляется оливковым маслом и (возможно) другими ингредиентами.
Отличительная особенность брускетты от бутерброда или тоста в том, что ломтики хлеба предварительно обсушивают до прожаривания (на гриле, решётке или на сковороде без масла). Для приготовления брускетты подходит чиабатта.

У нас популярны лепешки с сыром. Тоже булочное тесто, тоже натирается чесноком и чем-то еще, сверху сыр и запекают. Попроще, но на мой вкус вполне. ;-)
В основе таких закусок всегда почти одно и то же: хлеб, сыр, овощи или фрукты. Народное, оно на все времена)
