A relationship with anyone other than the wife will not work.

Recently, a private company in China told employees that they would lose their jobs if they had an affair with someone other than their spouse after marriage.

A non-governmental organization in China's Zhejiang province issued a directive on June 9, stating that no married worker working there can have a relationship with anyone other than his wife. It is also stated in their guidelines not to have more than one wife and not to divorce a wife. Otherwise, the workers will lose their jobs.
However, nothing was said about married women.
