Mushroom Soup 🍄

Let’s cook some mushroom soup with my homegrown button mushrooms!

Chop an onion, a couple of garlic cloves, a couple of sage leaves and fry them for 20 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes.

Then add 500 ml of vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes. After that blend it, add a 100 ml of milk and season.

It is entirely up to you when to enjoy being a soup dragon 🐉 I made it last night for my today's lunch.

I will also sprinkle a pinch of truffle dust on top just before serving.

What is truffle dust? It's the first time I hear about it.
