Cocktail O’clock 🍸
Chambord is a French black raspberry liqueur which makes fantastic cocktails.
Its golden box suggests three options: gin, white wine or Prosecco based beverages.
Last night I made the latter using the ratio Chambord suggests. Relying on my math skills I adjusted the quantities to martini glasses.
So I mixed one and a half measures of the liqueur followed by nine shots of Prosseco. No ice is needed, just properly chilled sparkling wine.
