Contemplation
Contemplation is the attentive and careful observation of a reality, particularly when it is calm and pleasant. It is also known as the spiritual state experienced by human beings when they practice mental silence.
Various forms of contemplation can be found in the history of mankind, depending on societies and times.
For contemplation to take place, the mind must first be freed from interferences of all kinds, achieving the abstraction of thoughts and sensations. This mental emptiness is accompanied by inner peace, and is the propitious occasion for the soul to unfold in fullness, being an experience of mystical type.
As I have described in previous publications, I used the editing tools offered by Picsart and Snapseed applications to intervene the original image to my satisfaction.
Contemplación
La contemplación es la observación atenta y detenida de una realidad, particularmente cuando esta es tranquila y placentera. También se le conoce como el estado espiritual que experimenta el ser humano cuando practica el silencio mental.
Se pueden encontrar diversas formas de contemplación en la historia de la humanidad, dependiendo de las sociedades y épocas.
Para que se produzca la contemplación, primero se debe liberar la mente de interferencias de todo tipo, logrando la abstracción de los pensamientos y las sensaciones. Ese vacío mental se acompaña de paz interior, y es la ocasión propicia para que el alma se despliegue en plenitud, siendo una experiencia de tipo mística.
Tal como lo he descrito en publicaciones anteriores, usé las herramientas de edición que ofrecen las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed para intervenir la imagen original a mi entera satisfacción.
