Relax
Relaxation is the emotional state of a living being, in which there is low tension due to the absence of arousal, especially from negative sources such as anger, anxiety or fear. This state is reached when the body and mind are free of tension and anxiety.
It can be achieved through meditation, self-generation and progressive muscle relaxation. Relaxation helps to improve the way we cope and manage stress, which is the main cause of mental and physical problems, so feeling relaxed is beneficial to a person's health.
When we are stressed, the sympathetic nervous system is activated because we are in a fight or flight response mode; over time, this could have negative effects on the human body.
In this opportunity, as I have done the most recent times, besides the drawing of the female figure that I usually do in pencil, I also used the tip of a cotton swab in order to uniform or degrade the shadows that are obtained as a result of the illumination of the selected model. In all cases, I choose the images from the twitter network.
Relax
La relajación es el estado emocional de un ser vivo, en el existe baja tensión debido a la ausencia de excitación, especialmente de fuentes negativas como la ira, la ansiedad o el miedo. Este estado se alcanza cuando el cuerpo y la mente están libres de tensión y ansiedad.
Puede lograrse a través de la meditación, la autogenia y la relajación muscular progresiva. La relajación ayuda a mejorar la forma en que afrontamos y manejamos el estrés, siendo este, la principal causa de problemas mentales y físicos, por lo que sentirse relajado es beneficioso para la salud de una persona.
Cuando estamos estresados, el sistema nervioso simpático se activa porque estamos en un modo de respuesta de lucha o huida; con el tiempo, esto podría tener efectos negativos en el cuerpo humano.
En esta oportunidad, tal como le hecho las veces más recientes, además del dibujo de la figura femenina que suelo realizar a lapiz, también utilicé la punta de un hisopo de algodón con la finalidad de uniformizar o degradar las sombras que se obtienen como resultado de la iluminación de la modelo seleccionada. En todos los casos, las imágenes las escojo de la red twitter.
