Since ancient times, wine and the history of humanity have been intimately linked, being the elaboration and tasting of this beverage a key element in the culture of human beings.
In ancient Greece, Dionysus was the god of wine, orchards, vegetation, fertility and music.
Later, as the Romans conquered new lands for their empire, they incorporated the deities of the conquered peoples, taking from the Greeks the figure of Dionysus and adapting it to their culture as Bacchus.
For the Roman people, Bacchus, was a liberating god, who allowed them to disconnect and free themselves through music and wine.
Baco
Desde tiempos ancestrales, el vino y la historia de una humanidad han estado íntimamente ligadas, siendo la elaboración y degustación de esta bebida, un elemento clave dentro de la cultura de los seres humanos.
En la antigua Grecia, Dioniso era el dios del vino, de los huertos, la vegetación, la fertilidad y la música.
Posteriormente, los romanos en la medida que conquistaban nuevas tierras para su imperio, incorporaron las deidades de los pueblos conquistados, tomando de los griegos la figura de Dioniso y adaptándola a su cultura como Baco.
Para el pueblo romano Baco, era un dios liberador, el cual les permitía desconectarse y liberarse a través de la música y del vino.
