Photo of the week (Фотография недели) Russian Volga River

Today at the contest photo of the week from @mister-omortson it is suggested to show photos of rivers. A wonderful theme!
My city stands on the banks of two rivers at once, despite everything they flow towards each other: (roughly speaking) the Volga flows from north to south, and the Sviyaga flows from south to north, within our city they flow almost parallel, the narrowest place between them is only 1420 meters.
And so the photos. I decided to show the Volga, it is the longest river in Europe, the most abundant and beautiful. Within the city limits, its shores are connected by two bridges.
The Imperial Bridge, built in 1913-1916,
presidential one, it was built for a long 23 years, the solemn and long-awaited opening of the bridge took place in the fall of 2009.
These two photos were taken just a week ago from the shores of the ancient city of Bolgar.
Our beautiful Volga looks unfriendly and gloomy in cloudy weather.
And it is quite severe in autumn.

Сегодня в конкурсе фотография недели от @mister-omortson, предлагается показать фотографии рек. Замечательная тема!
Мой город стоит на берегах сразу двух рек, вопреки всему они текут навстречу друг другу: (грубо говоря) Волга течёт с севера на юг, а Свияга с юга на север, в пределах нашего города они текут почти параллельно, самое узкое место между ними всего 1420 метров.
И так фотографии. Решила показать Волгу, она самая длинная река Европы, самая многоводная и красивая. В черте города её берега соединяют два моста.
Императорский мост, построенный в 1913-1916 годах,
и президентский, строился он долгих 23 года, торжественное и долгожданное открытие моста состоялось осенью 2009 года.
Вот эти две фотографии сделаны всего неделю назад с берегов старинного города Болгар.
Наша красавиц Волга в пасмурную погоду выглядит неприветливой и мрачноватой.
И совсем сурова она осенью.
Наверное достаточно, притомила я вас))

И таки Кама впадает в Волгу или Волга впадает в Каму? ;)
Загадка века! Так и останется спорным вопросом)
ну там всё просто. Кама она в месте встречи больше, но исторически сложилось, что Волга главнее, потому что давно обжита русскими, а Кама стала известна на Руси гораздо позже.
Каспий тоже называют морем, а это озеро на самом деле.
