Steemit Engagement Challenge WOX Community S10W4: 4 my senses in Abstract Painting
Hello, dear friends! I hope that I will have time to take part in this wonderful contest and thank the organizers for its appearance. Having familiarized myself with the rules of the contest and the description of the task from @arcoiris, I just started doing it today and this is what I got in a few hours devoted to this case.
This is what my workplace looked like today, and at the same time I was getting acquainted with the possibilities of new watercolor markers that have not yet been sufficiently studied.
1 The first task: Chocolate
I had to draw this taste from memory, because there was not a crumb of chocolate in the house. But it is impossible to forget the taste of chocolate, which I love. I prefer different milk chocolate, and this drawing tells about my feelings from getting acquainted with some new variety. For some reason, I immediately had this particular picture and it remained to draw it.
2 Pepper
Why is there no red color here, which symbolizes heat, fire, burning? I found a way to portray my feelings without using universally recognized symbols. This picture is the fruit of search and reflection, but like the rest, it is made without a preliminary sketch. I selected the colors according to my feelings from the bite of a pod of green bitter pepper and visualized it this way. The beginning is acute, but then comes the calm with the memory of what was in the beginning.
3 Music
At that moment I was listening to Maurice Ravel's "Ballero". It seems to me that the next time I listen to this piece, I won't be able to draw differently if I use the same tools that defined the color scheme. Not all the colors I needed were found in this set of markers, but overall I'm happy with what I got.
4 Smell
I like Eisenberg "Jose" perfume, which my wife loves. This fragrance inspired me to search for an abstract solution for its visualization. It's dominated by woody-earthy notes, and that's what I like. It turned out spontaneously, and again I was limited in choosing the right colors, although the set of these markers is very large. But by showing you this, I am still confident that this impromptu of mine corresponds to some extent to what I feel when this fragrance comes to me, mixing with natural smells.

Son tus cuadro coloristas, muy cuidados y de una gran limpieza. No puedo decir, porque es subjetivo, que los colores que yo utilizaría serían mas armónico o más disonantes, pero lo que si puedo indicar que tienen una gran belleza, sobre todo los de los sabores y el olor. El de la música del Bolero de Rabel no lo llego a entender bien. Has hecho un gran trabajo y espero que lo hayas disfrutado con el experimento.

Thank you for your participation and I am very impressed with the creation that you provided.
When seeing the representation of chocolate for me it was the same, the colours and this lines and circles that are getting long and curve.
I can recognise that spicy stuff could be with such sharp edges and cold colours.
Both next ones for music and smell in my opinion perfectly done, despite of lack of necessary colours. I like your working place too, typical when we start to create something.
By the way, when you use tags you should add one for your country just so that you are seeing by other Curators too.

Regarding the tag: I somehow got used to living on this planet and it seems strange to me to limit myself to such a framework of my temporary stay in some place. If the rules do not require it, then I do not put the tag of the country where I am now. Thank you for your advice.
We do not have such requirement, but just when the curators like "steemcurator03 to 08" then they produce summary statistic that is then something that they use it. I am also not a fan of country tag but when I take part in such challenges in other communities I usually use it. But it is really up to you

Great artworks, each of them is a piece of art by self alone. You have a great sense of both colour and composición.

I answer your question: of these four, the one about music can serve as a sketch for the picture. There is a desire to develop this fragment to visualize the perception of a complete concrete piece of music. I love him very much and I can hear inside myself to the last note. It will be interesting to draw spontaneously, but the sketch can be a starting point for color and graphic solution.
So nice!! You are an artsy person, I am impressed. Could not make this achieve probably, as myself I cant draw even a trivia sparrow birdie :D
Try the abstract and you may succeed. Lines, strokes, some abstract objects. Invent them yourself without reference to existing forms and something will definitely work out. Thank you for your feedback!
