Those who raise their Steem Power the most in proportion to their existing Steem Power will be the winners.
Example ( If you have 1000 Steem Power, and you raise Steem Power by 100 Steem, that means you have raised your Steem Power by 10%)
Note: Post should be honest, to see the effort made to give the maximum, the award will be given to those who really deserve it.
