The world inventions; The case and the history of the radar!
We should use a radar to get overview over the situation, and to know what is where, and what this implies, and we can use the radar on the roads, on the ships, on the boats, and everywhere where we need supervision. And we do not need anything more than doing our best, and we should ignore the worst, and many people cannot work, and that is due to their personality and to the competence they have acquired ever. But we should love the networks and the people where we are.
Experiments with radar began in the late 1800's, when Heinrich Hertz saw that metallic objects reflected radio waves. In the early 1900's, Christian Hulsmeyer acquired a patent for his "Telemobiloskop", also called a Remote Object Viewing Device. Ships used this device to avoid collisions in fog. So, we can use the radar in the landscape and on the oceans, and we should not accept bad decision anywhere, and we cannot do wrong things in wrong places. And the radar is used to get overview over the situation, and everything is an experiment with what we are doing. And we never give up, and we should ignore the monitoring of any organization anywhere, because we need to be ourselves, and self-management is about doing the jobs, and the leisure time where we are. And everything in sciences can be destroyed unless there is no reasons to dwell with it, and works in the organizations should be treated in skeptical ways, and we should always be cynical about what to do and why, and everything should be taken away from the penis, and if this is not the situation, we can call Paris, Tokyo, Strasbourg, London and New York. We cannot accept that too many people are staring at us, and we should be normal in normal relations where we are, and we should always be skeptical to working processes and working outcomes, since these can be changed, and maybe be done in better ways. And this is often the key and the core of being even stronger and better, also in ski jumping!
What are we using the radar to, and what is the philosophy of using such equipment? Radars are now used to help navigate ships in fog and airplanes in bad weather. Radar can detect a speeding car and track a satellite. Most importantly for meteorologists, radars can detect all sorts of atmospheric phenomena. Hence, radars are using along the roads with the transport and logistics coming there, and the radar is also used in the oceans and in the air. And we should ignore anything coming into our bodies, unless we want it, and there should be reflected and rational choices behind many things that we are doing, in ordinary life, in working life, in leisure time, and in the religions just as they are perceived and understood. And competence and long education with research are often the key factor of getting opportunities, and being understood many places, and in addition we are collecting experiences in life.
How do we use a radar in daily life, and in ordinary situations that are happening? Well, we need to be clever and intelligent, and good with detecting what is the action from place to place and from time to time. Radars can be used to detect obstacles in a distance of around 30 meters and measure their speed. They are placed in bumpers or on the sides of a vehicle and warn about possible collisions with objects or persons. In addition, they can be used to support the parking process. And we are using the radars for monitoring areas from time to time.
The word "radar" stands for radio detection and ranging—and that gives a pretty big clue as to what it does and how it works. Imagine an airplane flying at night through thick fog. The pilots can't see where they're going, but they can communicate with air traffic controllers on the ground who use radar to help them. Pilots themselves don't generally use radar as a "flight instrument" (something that helps them fly or navigate), but they do use it for tracking the weather. And we are using the radar where it seems sensible, and only the creativity and the planning of areas where we are going and wondering within put the boundaries about where we can use the radars and why. The use of a radar is both philosophical and mathematical, and we should always make reasons behind our actions and why, and maybe the radar can detect everything or something with our thinking processes, and being able to go further in life.
The purpose of using a radar is, hopefully, to make it possible in at least some limited sense to reason back from appropriate measures of desired radar performance to specifications of the necessary values of the related radar parameters. Specifically four measures of performance quality can be considered: 1. The reliability of detection, 2. The accuracy with which target parameters can be estimated, 3. The extent to which such estimates can be made without ambiguity, 4. The degree to which two or more different target echoes C~JI be separated or resolved.
