The war in Ukraine; Why we are seeing these terrible pictures, and why the situations getting out of control!

You know, maybe we should go in wars all our lives, and maybe people are just getting into conflicts with each other, and there are no ways of making peace and stability. And we know, we are forcing each day to get life better off, and you know the logistics problems in Oslo and worldwide with treating the garbage in the societies, that was awfully treated because management cannot answer where it is litter, and how the litter could be transported in different ways, and this is just to model any problem with getting the garbage located where it should be with the solutions that are possible, and the treatment of these issues was really bad management!

Ok, we are getting trouble in different areas where we are operating and treating ourselves, and even the good researcher in Norway with having his eyes open and thinking, and that is Iver Neumann, he has problems with understanding what is happening in Ukraine just know, and there are coming helicopters, bombs and rockets from several angles, and people being just small, invisible and not guilty are attacked, and you know in wars often weak people and people with problems and living with poverty are being attacked, and therefore we cannot get any stable situation, and the war can last a long time there, and we should try to find solutions about what to do. What can really be done in Ukraine now?

1. Russia could withdraw its military forces, and that could be difficult.
2. Russia could be told that the war should come to an end.
3. The war will go on if there are no good solutions on it.
4. Russia could negotiate solutions to find better solutions than there are today!
5. Ukraine can give up its opposition. But they will be fighting for their landscape, and what is within this landscape!
6. The war should be treated in relation to its roots, and according to the philosopher Soeren Kierkegaard, any problem should be taken by its sources, and we should find the paths of empathy with living out the lives of many people and organizations with humans with how the human systems really are, since we understand that all things are consisting of humans.
7. Russia can expect that there will be economic sanctions on their organizations and products, since no person in Europe, in Great Britain and in the USA and other places really want no wars going on in Ukraine!
8. The international societies can make dialogues between the implied parties. Talking to each other, and not going in the worst direction with making wars, should be the solution of 2022!
9. There are no good solutions on the war in Ukraine, but we should try to stop it, and as it is with many wars, people cannot accept the face to each other! And some cannot accept your school results, and how clever and intelligent you and I really are. And maybe, we should develop intelligence systems to detect the leaders brains, and Pentagon and many other organizations could be used to frame the framing of understanding the war that is going on.

And maybe even more can be done, and even other things, although there are not just one thing with this war, and therefore many things should be done in combination to make the end of the war!

We should be in the organizations where people are told us to be, and we can do many things today! Maybe some of our enemies do not understand threats and not giving up ever and forever, and we cannot accept all the writing, if anything of these things could be done better with quality and quantity. But there are many positive things with Norway, and schools at the highest level of education are getting relatively high scores on international competitions, although the schools in Norway are not the best ranked in the world, but we are a small country in the world, and therefore we are not able to win every competition, and we should cooperate much with foreign people today, since we are finding the solutions and not too many problems there, although we can think of earth with consisting of billions of problems and solutions with different characteristics in all the scientific communities on the planet, and that some organizations are in the front, and some are back in the queues, and we should fight to be number one in any competition that is made, and this is up to the employer and the employees, and we can call the organizations what we like, but it should be good and competitive when using our human resources to the utility, the pleasure and the inspiration to many people.

Today, there are internal tensions in Ukraine. Prorussian forces in Ukraine give Russia pretext for attacking militarily by saying that they need help. Putins wishes are to get control over Ukraine, and he fears that a more western Ukraine will pose a threat for the regime in Russia! But why do we perceive this war in Ukraine in 2022 just now, and why have there been conflicts in Ukraine for a long time? The conflicts between Russia and Ukraine are about ownership to areas in the landscape, and it is about power and the security politics, but it is also about history, identity and international laws, and each of these things must be solved to find the solutions of this conflict. And maybe, we should stand in opposition the whole life, and we can see everywhere, where there are publications with importance for many places, and in Norway there are really too few publications with quality different places, but we have some researchers with excellent qualities.
