On using supply strategies to get enough goods, food and beverages of anything; Using negotiation strategies to reach new and distinct solutions!
We should have enough food in our bodies, and we should have enough to drink, and that is always the situation with the body that we have, and when was really born some day back in history.
Supply Chain Management is one of the most crucial areas that a company engaged with trade has to master. It is not a necessary devil force, but it is about survival, competitive power and cash. So, any firm must find a focus, and we have to buy some products, and these products should be sold to the customers. And Supply Chain Management is about how we are organizing things to get enough goods in the company, and we are using buying behavior and making people buying our goods to sell as much as possible. And therefore, sellers are the most important forces, since any company is about selling things and controlling the costs, and we have many courses in the colleges, the business schools and the universities about what to think, and what this implies.
Supply Chain Management is about organizing the supply to the firm in question with procurement managers and all the other people responsible for the buying. We must buy many products to get inside the firm, and we must sell them to as many customers as possible. And we should sell all products that we are taken into the firm, and we should have little inventory, or just inventory that is low and, and that can reach the customers just in time, in such cases that there are no complains.
We should have empathy in the humans that we know, and we should be a value and something important for other people. And even in this tragedy with the Corona-virus, we should work if we can, and we should work in areas where we are not affected by the virus, and we should take vaccine to be prepared for anything that can happen with us.
We should use negotiation strategies to give and take in buying behavior in the company, but we should work with different things, and having enough experiences about what to do and why we are doing as we are doing. And we should do the chatting with the involved people as good as possible, and we should also have the right documents about what to buy, and we need invoices and every kind of document to take care of the supply, and this documents that we need should be filled in the right manners and the right ways.
And the education we are having should be in accordance with a royal resolution in Norway, and we should give our support to the people that have importance for us, and we should have education programs in our backgrounds that are in accordance with decisions, and we should not agree in anything unless we have commented it, and we should not agree in monitoring and supervision, and we should have rules that are the same in business life as outside business life, and we cannot let any organization dictate us, since we have more and better education than many people, and we should always develop ourselves in life, and competence is not something we acquire as a constant material, but it is something we are developing through the whole life. But we should be friends of many people, but we must put requirements to ourselves and our environments, and the organizations should be managed in properly ways, with intelligence and with productivity and effectiveness, and we should do things as good as we can, and we cannot accept anything dirty talks about ourselves, and we know how the human nature in the nature really is.
Management courses are courses we are given to the markets, and the point is that we should be clever and engaged with doing right choices in the firms, of all choices that are possible to make. And I have myself being teaching in these courses at NHH in Bergen, and it is also books about corporate and business strategies for the whole Europe, and these courses are CEMS-courses, and that is Community of European Management Schools, and we should always be strong in schools, and we should have enough courses about thinking, and some of us are having long education, and we are having the research background that we need to think and to feel even better.
