On making governments, and finding the plurality many places; The democracies as being the places where all kinds of trouble, instances, perspectives and views, and funny choices are made within!
You know, there have been nice leaders in the world history, and some have been terrible for the people, like Stalin, Mussolini and Hitler. And Mao Tse Tung and Arne Naess were engaged with that there are the masses that are thinking, and the more views and the more opinions we could get in a selection of people in a population, the better things really were. And you know, choices are always in governments forever and ever, and I can be in the government today, but it is important to be constructive, and to face the reality with many questions, and we should not believe in reports unless they are doing our society better, with more logic and less frustrations about anything, and you know, people want fair prices in the businesses and in the shops and in the daily groceries, and we should make life as pleasant and as valuable as we want it, and we are here for each other, but we must not die as copies, but we should dare to be different, and dare to be able to think, and that thinking should be on all the areas and in all the ways that lives and and businesses are running within.
So, there are more questions on the planets than there are people, and hence we have almost an infinity of questions and people wondering about what they are doing, and why they are making the choices that they are making anywhere. And we should ask many questions, and we should not be afraid of asking them, and even in the universities there is diversity and freedom and precision, and we should not be convinced at any time that we have seen all the complexity and variations of anything, and we should be in life to learn from one day to the next, and we are all here to make pleasure in our lives, and to enjoy the lives that we are facing. So, people can not do anything or nothing, and hence we are confronted with making choices in life, and that we are convinced with our choices, and that the life is here to be serious and/or to be funny.
You know, in business courses at the business schools, we are finding all ways of thinking with secret services and ordinary ways of perceiving the life just as we understand it. And we learn that we are making decisions, or the life is rather a fiction! So, learning all the books at NHH and at SNF in Bergen, is taking some time, but there are many interesting courses and seminars, and we cannot be sure about anything there, but we should know what to know, and we should answer the questions in business life with cleverness and wisdom and with precision, and we should ask the questions that we are getting in relation to making the research reports, and we should handle the freedom and the diversity with precision, and we should answer any questions that we are given.
So, the power we have in life, is just within the relations, and the power is among you and me, since anybody of us is having the body with the functions as anybody else. But we should make friends in many environments, and we should use our time at the planet with being the best person we can find on the planet, and also with giving mutual understanding and mutual expectations about what is happening anywhere. But try to find your own way in life, and we should not be afraid of doing things in the same ways as all other people, and also thinking and/or feeling in new ways, and there should be creativity and analysis in every ages in the life, and you know, we are here to help and to support each other, and therefore we should like every working attempt that we are facing, and we should make the life as easy as possible, and sometimes it is allowed to think in complex and more deeper ways, and we should always ask why we have the opinions as we have, and where these are coming from, and what they imply, and you know, life is about finding the philosophy where we are working and operating and living, and the better we can do things, the more loved and admired we are. And professor Per Fugelli in Norway made some good contributions, and he thought that the health must contain psychology and social aspects, and that we should work with putting the individual in the center or in the core, and that things in the health systems can be stupid or sensible, and things must not be organized in such ways that they are operating against their purposes.
