On making a record race and a shock race for the world: Karsten Warholm has got the gold medal in the Olympics and the new world record at 400 meters hurdles for men!
Notice that name Karsten Warholm coming from Ulsteinvik in Norway. On Tuesday 3 August 2021, he has put the world record to 45.94, and that is an improvement with 76 hundredths in relation to the world record he made earlier at home at Bislett in Oslo in Norway. Bite you mark in the name forever. Karsten Warholm has beaten the entire world elite in The Summer Olympic Games in 2021 going on in Tokyo. And even his girlfriend was amazingly happy, and the laughter and tears were coming! Karsten Warholm planned this race from the beginning to the end, and he was very fast in the beginning. And nobody could compete him out, and we are happy for his gold medal at 400 meters hurdles for men in the Olympics going on in Tokyo nowadays.
To be the best runner, you must be calm and focused, and not hear too much on other people. Life is a competition from the start to the end, where we should find our own solutions, and making the ways that we feel comfort with in the life, and all things are choices about what to do.
Karsten Warholm did not believe in world record himself, and he was pleased and satisfiend with the race. And we are left with shock and disbelief. The best thing in life is to know what to do, and making the competition for everything that such the free press cannot feel enough about it.
Karsten Warholm ran from his arch-rival Rai Benjamin and the rest of the world elite when he gook his first gold medal in the Olympics on Tuesday 3 August. And he als oset a new world record, and the earlier world record was 46.70. So, we are just perceiving his races, and we are wondering what is coming in the future, and how we can make things even better.
Karsten Warholm is getting appreciation around the world today, and he has a superior and wonderful trainer and coach in Leif Olav Alnes. And together, Karsten and Leif Olav are strong together, and it smells scorched by the performance and so it should be. Taking a gold medal in the Olympics is really strong, and we ask ourselves what he is made of.
Karsten Warholm has taken the gold medal and he has set a world record, and this race he has been running is maybe the hardest in the whole Olympic Games. He is the greatest of all time giving advice. And he says he figured out how to make it as easy as possible. That’s because he is the greatest. He made it look easy. And running this race is about planning, implementation and follow-up.
The best male athletes can run the 400 m hurdles in a time of around 47 seconds, while the best female athletes achieve a time of around 53 seconds. The current men's and women's world record holders are Karsten Warholm with 45.94 seconds and Sydney McLaughlin with 51.90 seconds.
The 400 m hurdles was held for both sexes at the inaugural IAAF World Championships in Athletics. The first championship for women came at the 1980 World Championships in Athletics – being held as a one-off due to the lack of a race at the 1980 Summer Olympics.
The race by Karsten Warholm was fantastic. And you should take pictures of him, and stick them up the walls, because this is incredible, and it is incredible what we can get!
