On giving pension and heritage to the involved people; The case of being and not being!
Older people should have their pension when they have retired from work, and they should have enough money to live the life in usual ways. And after someone is dead, there should be heritage after that person in relation to what the person in question owned and had in debt. And therefore, there should always be enough money in the systems to live the life in a dignified way.
You get pension in the country you are living, when you have been old enough, and the ages of pensions around the world vary. There are different rules and laws, so you should be updated on what to know, and what this implies for you. And often it is the day of birth that determines how the design for the pension is, and it is the salary for you when you have been working in the firms that determines how much you are going to be paid from the state in pension. And you are getting pension through the life you are living as an older person, and all people have the requirement to get the minimum pension, and that means that we do not care too much about the future. So, the rules are not the issue here, since you should seek the rules and laws from the country you are getting your pension from, and your pension should be big enough to live.
Heritage is the situation when someone is dying, and when the people that are again, and when the people that is still living in the family is sitting in the shift stay or in undivided estate. And at every time this is happening, there are assets and debt to be given to the involved people in question. And sometimes, you have to pay a duty of the involved assets and liabilities. But there should be a settlement and a distribution of funds to those concerned.
Pension is something you have earned to be paid during the life in the working life, and you should have these money when you have retired, and when you are not working any more, and therefore pension is giving older persons, when they are being, and when they are not being or they are dead, there should be heritage to the involved people, and the more you can do yourself of this work, the easier and the cheaper it is from a lawyer’s perspective.
People working in working life are trying to give their advice about what to do, and you can ask the involved employees with responsiblity for this how it is going to be. In schools at different levels, we should learn the concepts, and we should be able to fill them with empirical facts. And as a scientist, we should follow our own ways of thinking, people not educated have not sufficiently background for doing any of this work. Pension secures your life, and you have enough money to live the life properly. And heritage is depending on how your family tree is, and we should always do things with appropriate knowledges in such cases that we know what to know, where to know it, when to know it, why it is like it is, and how things should be treated in properly ways.
Death is never a pleasant thing, especially if some of your loved ones die. And all of us need enough money in our lives, and we should secure the financial support that we are getting from different places. And the rules should be formulated and be implemented in such ways that people do not suffer any distress.
So, take away people who bother you, and try instead to make life livable and dignified. We have properly devil forces in ourselves that we can manage the human nature in the nature. Sciences with management are the modern views of seeing the life today, and try to get such courses at the highest levels in education and in research. The Theory of Justice is the way we understand how things and how the monetary analysis in life are given and distributed.
