On finding the sources of all good and bad things; We should live and work as good as we can!
You know, we cannot hear to other people than ourselves, and nobody should determine our lives and our destiny, but we should always do as good as possible. And we should operate with clever and intelligent minds, and we are ourselves, and not any other people that are making disturbances and trouble with us.
We should use our competence from NHH in Bergen, and that implies that we can do many jobs, and we are having these high salaries, and that is because the time here at the planet is scarce, and we need good payment for the competence that we have, and for the limited time that we are here.
We cannot do stupid things, or things that are not related to what our knowledges and talents really are about. And we should reject thinking that we do not agree within, and we are here to make individually decisions, and many people do not know what we know, and hence many positions are easy, and you should not do all the things as all other persons are doing, but you should use your opportunities, and the best ways of obtaining pleasure, convenience and satisfaction.
So, where do all the good and bad things come from, and why is the reality like it is? We should find our own missions and visions and tasks in the world, and all human beings to any time at any place, have been about being ourselves, and not taking any disturbances into our minds, and therefore we should live lovely just as we are from the human nature in the nature. The schools are there to be used, and we should use some of the courses from the best business schools, and we cannot expect that people know all that we know, but the faculties at NHH in Bergen are including many nice and good things, and we find thousands of writing tasks to take care of, and you know life is about doing selections in all the freedom that is possible to exist to any times in the world.
We want to do our best, and to do as many working tasks that we are feeling are related to what we can, and what our competence is about, and that is communication, sales, marketing, economics, strategy, information and project management. And all kinds of projects are a reflection of the core group, also in the construction industries, and in all kinds of business life that people operate within. So, if we are asked to do something new and exciting in life, we should think about it, and perhaps we are saying yes, and many researchers are just operating in the same traces from one day to the next day. And you know, the life is a competition in all ways, and not about giving support to anyone that is implied with the doings as we are doing.
So, where do all things come from, and why should there sometimes be hell in what we are doing and not doing? Well, we determine ourselves, and we should apply for jobs where we can be used, and where there are points of being, and you know, consultancy and research are nice areas to be within, and we have the experiences from SNF in Bergen, and you know, the more people there are to decide and do something, the more problems we are having. And therefore, we should do what people in the markets and in the organizations are telling us, and we cannot agree in all things giving from our father and mother, and therefore we should determine ourselves where to be, and that is also the freedom we have in life. The Statue of Liberty in New York is not there without any reasons in history!
So, we must condemn foolish and evil sources about working life, and we can work with things that are suiting us well,and much is within marketing and all the efforts that the organizations are moving within. And we are asking ourselves: “What is this?” And “Why is the situation as it is?”. And we should love working as much as we can.
