On being psychopath in the lives for everybody; On being in trouble for humanity!
Any psychopath has a low self-understanding, and he or she is showing a morally reprehensible behavior. And there is therefore something wrong in the head to the person in question, and therefore we should encourage the relevant person to be free and thinking as the people will!
There are more than 100 billions of neurons in every human mind and human brain, and there are many synapses making relations among many things. But we should know what humble is, and which consequences it has to be such or such, because we are otherwise making trouble in ourselves, with trying to define the life to everyone. There should be enough self-confidence and trust to other people, to be strong enough in the world for many positions, also in big firms.
Psychopaths are not wanted every place where you and I can be, and they have often trouble in their lives, with finding the meaning and the perspective that is relevant for understanding in every situation. In short, the theory of psychopathy describes a person who is selfish, self- centered, and self-motivated to secure his or her self-interest. This pursuit of self-interest is achieved through manipulation or force with little to no concern for the other person. So, you are just going your own ways without taking care of any other people that you meet in reality, and there are always many people out there, and nobody can cover his or her personality, and ways of living life. But we are making trouble if our moral is bad, and we cannot go through life with just thinking of ourselves to any times.
Scientists from Darwin to Lorenz have explained the evolutionary and genetic basis of the propensity towards violence; writers from Shakespeare to Golding have described conflicts and struggles between passion and reason; and psychoanalysts from Freud onward have emphasized the importance of unconscious destructive forces of die mind in determining outward behavior. And the problem for such person is that you are trying to define your own way in life with destroying the opinions and the standpoints to other reflected persons, and hence this is a wrong way to operate in life, we should rather be free and give our opinions as all other persons think are the ways to understand our lives. Life is complicated, and there cannot just be one answer on it, and we should use the sciences and the theology, to explain where we are, where we have been, and what to be done in the future. And every person employed at a school or a college or a university is just a version of human mind and humanity from all the conceivable moves than any person can accomplish! And researcher is trying to understand the brain and how we operate in reality, and much human behavior can be explained with algorithms, and what we are thinking and having in our minds when going from one situation to the other situation.
Psychopathy, from psych (soul or mind) and pathy (suffering or disease), was coined by German psychiatrists in the 19th century and originally just meant what would today be called mental disorder, the study of which is still known as psychopathology. Accordingly, psychopathy means using wrong connections and wrong statements of any person and any organization that is affected by our behavior.
Some of the most famous persons that have had psychopathy in life are: Ed Gein, Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, Richard Ramirez, Jack the Ripper, Albert DeSalvo, Jeffrey Dahmer, The Zodiac Killer, Vlad the Impaler, Dennis Rader, Elizabeth Báthory, David Berkowitz, Albert Fish, H.H. Holmes and Aileen Wuornos. These mentioned people had trouble in life, and they also killed people and therefore they were much hated many places.

That is true that we do not know who is around us, sometimes even working together or living next door we still got surprised finding such cases. Who knows what is happening in psychology of the people, sometimes people can hide it very well :)
