New leadership in actions; Without employees no firms, and the importance of involvement, loyalty and empowerment for the employees!

We are going to wars every day, and we are opening the day as it is, and we are forming the days, and we do not bring anything to the courts, and we are here to win all the kinds of wars, also the academic ones, and everything can be made in some combinations of words, and we are making study programs in relation to what we believe within, and there are billions of ways to make this programs. And everything is coming from our thoughts, and the origin of everything is coming fromt the facts that there are humans there. And we are here to work as want, and we should fill all the needs in the markets, and we are here to make satisfaction instead of doing all these things connected to dissatisfaction, and we are here to love each other in the firms, and in the markets, and we should have enough involvement, loyalty and empowerment for the employees being within the firms, and you know the best companies today are just doing the good as we can, and the employees are always the most important assets of all conceivable things that we find in the internal and the external markets, and in the beginning there were markets, and we should be here to form the environments in internal and external markets, and we are here to make pleasure, inspiration and utility in all kinds of forms, and we are open for precision and for making things even better and stronger, and we can be the best in the companies, and the organizations, and we cannot be here to lose many matches, and we should be here to win the matches in the schools and we cannot be better as humans just as we are from all the kinds of results we have got, and we are here to make the working place even better and stronger.

We should always get the best possible results to all involved stakeholders, and we are here to make good agreements and solutions internally and externally in the markets, and we are here to play and to do our best, and we cannot agree any bad solutions and bad opinions about what to do and why, and many academic environments have problems with making the schools on all the levels visible, and we are noting these things when we are travelling around the world, and there are problems in the environments that have always been there, and there are sexuality and families in many environments, and we should make the cultures internally and externally, and we are just here with internal pricing to integrate what is going on outside and inside the markets, and we should do our best when we are here. And we cannot agree in all things in all kinds of environments, also with all things that have never been there, and we are here to get good solutions for the people that are involved, and we are here to be loyal with the leadership, and the organizations should be good with strong leadership, clever and intelligent employees, and for doing things even better, and we are here to cooperate with everyone in the company, and we should listen to what is going on in meeetings every place, and with making cooperations and agreements within the company where we are working from time to time, and there is the requirements of making productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, growth and market effects of the orientations that are possible and sensible, and we cannot do too boring things, and stupid things, but we should act in the manners that implies much for the sales revenues and the profitability where we are from time to time.

There are sovereignty among the countries in the world, and this implies that there should be freedom in where we are and which locations we have, and we have countries that have equal values in the world, and we are here to just appreciate each other, and that we are strong together, and we should make solutions that are good and warm for the implies parties. And we should get the sales as it is expected, and we should do what is expected from us, and we must listen to the leadership and act as they want and will. And we are here to make relations within the organizations and outside in the markets, and we should encourage each other, and we should use the time to build the people, and to be funny and serious, and there is much chatting about how to be, and what to do in the environments forever and ever, and being in the best universities means that we should have the best results that are possible, and we cannot just have meetings and travels because the companies should be profitable and hence all kinds of choices are not the best and the most sensible ones. And loving the ladies is the best choice that we can make!
