From developing countries to industrialized countries; On doing business independently of cultures, social variables and the kinds of variables that are plausible and real for doing actions!
You know, we should think of doing business, and doing organizational studies in relation to where we are, and we are developing things by being active in the front of doing different things, and we should be careful and properly with immigration and emigration, and we should have bad behavior or opposition against things if the development is not fair about what is going on. And we should treat every human fair and with equality, but bad behavior and attacks and fighting behavior should be reacted on unless there are none sensible reasons for doing what people are doing.
So, you know, it is the same where we are from time to time, and we should react and act in relation to which humans we are ever since on the planet. And we should be friends with many humans and we should front the opposition with Satan and doing the same as people are doing with us, if they are angry and they do not like us, and you know, there are many reactions in any society and even in Norway we have kindly and friendly and warm environments, but there are also extreme people, and people not believing in what is normal in any place to any time, and we should react if we cannot agree in properly ways on what is going on, and we are here on the blue planet to be in accordance with the people we are meeting, and we are meeting many foreign people, and if they are properly in their behavior, they should be loved as any other people.
So, if we were born in other countries where we are actually born, we would have been different in relation to norms, cultures, languages and social kinds of relations and affairs everywhere, and we are just here to accept the variations that we are meeting, and we should have included environments and lovely environments for everyone, and sometimes we are reacting and acting on what is happening, and sometimes we do not know, and sometimes we are doing stupid behavior, and we should have reasons and arguments about what we are doing, and we cannot love illegal and wrong behavior, and therefore there should be loving behavior in the environments, and when there is immigration, the new people coming here should be loved, and when there is emigration, we should be loved in foreign countries when travelling and operating abroad.
So, we should do business in every countries, and this behavior is actual and present if there are businesses for the private sectors, and there are businesses for the businesses, and we should love the different people and we should love both education and experiences of many kinds, and we should love being working together with people with different backgrounds, and we should accept all kinds of behavior, and we are here to make each other as strong as possible. And there more we know each other, the better we are working together, and all kinds of individual and social behavior should be loved, and we should be comfortable with doing many kinds of behavior due to making accepting and opposition behavior with what we are doing many places, and we are using our brains and our hearts and our backgrounds, and we should do in relation to what we know, and there is much to know both within countries, and across the countries that we are meeting different places.
We are using different countries when we are doing international trade, and we are here to speak and to write to each other, and we are just meeting people just as people are, and sometimes the competence could have importance, and sometimes it cannot, and therefore we are just equal humans and there are always many degrees of measurement on different variables and parameters when we are explaining which humans we are, and why we have been the human as we have with our personalities today, and together we should match each other with buying and selling behavior, and the organizations are just meeting each other when they are doing relations with each other, and we are meeting humans if we are adjusting our messages to each situations, and we are selling and branding our products to meet the needs that are present in the markets, and we should run the companies, and doing the relations and the contacts that we need to earn money. And we are doing communication behavior with giving and taking messages of the kinds that are present, and in every environment there is just usage of saying and/or writing in relation to how the persons are there.
