A castle with a high level of ghostly activities (#steemexclusive / 12 photos)
Akershus Fortress is situated in Oslo, the capital of Norway. It was built as a royal castle during the Middle Ages. This 700 year old castle has had an important place in Norweagian history. Built as a medieval castle it has survived many sieges, but never captured by any foreign army. The military activity was closed down for good from 1850 -1900. The fortress is open to the public during the day and you can go on a guided tour.

Wow, amazing! I would love to see that in person someday. I love castles and ghost stories.
I hope you get the chance to visit. It is maybe that castle with most ghosts in Norway...
the night looks still young..
I left the place half and hour before midnight... who knows what would have happened...
