Holding my breath...
Holding my breath...
There are many moments in life, important and not so important, and completely unimportant, fleeting and lasting, when, in anticipation of something, we, as they say, hold our breath.
These moments in life are different, but the feeling is very similar.
So, holding my breath, I stood over a thistle flower on which sat a beautiful and rather rare butterfly, which I wanted to photograph from close range, afraid of disturbing it and scaring it away.
I experienced something similar when I searched for a long time, then found and bought professional watercolor paints.
Even the smell of new paints helps intensify this feeling, and the tightly sealed foil packaging of the paint trays prevents it from evaporating quickly.
The moment of truth seems near; when all the paints are opened, breathing should be restored. LOL.
That's exactly what will happen if, after this, you don't take a clean sheet of paper and, holding your breath, begin trying to depict something using a new watercolor.
