The question in this context is:
Can we create a modality to write posts in co-operation?
This could be like writing for wikipedia:
The article itself is shown without author's names, a "discussion" section reveals who worked on it and what was being considered to tell or not to tell in the article.
Such articles could be improved and re-read again. The authors would not be writing for getting votes (since the 7 day timeline would be over much to fast and since there wouldn't be one special author).
By this, I suggest, we could outrange such articles written by one person only and thus contamined with personally favorited values - while the article gives itself the shape of a neutrally knowledge-oriented one.

Greetings my friend @ty-ty
I find your proposal interesting, however, it is a topic that is beyond my scope, although I think the platform goes beyond defining or conceptualizing issues, I think it seeks rather to diversify them according to the different ways of thinking that each of us have.
I voted for you, you vote for me.Please help me. I am new one on steem
Greetings my friend @cyberreports
This is not the right way to develop on the platform, you should focus on sharing original and interesting content, interact with others without any condition, in this way soon will be coming good support to your blog.
Thanks for sharing with us on our channel.
