Jenifer was the CEO of multinational company and she achieve success at her early age. Her seniors by age work under her. She was good at her studies and that's helped her passing academic studies earlier. She operate all the employees as CEO and she has no attitude for being so successful at her early age. Her parents and grandparents was proud for having her in their family as she proved her guts at her early age and established her own business empire.

One day her company arrange a interview to hire new employees and Jenifer was very sharp at choosing right candidate for each role. She is a great team leader but sometimes she get angry on foolish activities of employee but she controls her anger and give second chance to those who deserves. She become strict when necessary and fire people whoever proves useless. The interview was at 10 am and Jenifer appreciate the punctuality.

A boy came 10: 10 am ask for chance to attend interview but Jenifer's CCTV Cam operator already reporting her the time of each candidate. The boy came late was not dressed up well, didn't set hair, and he looks like a crazy scientist. Jenifer allow him for interview and ask him his name. His name was Jun and he always late for interviews.

Jenifer asked, "Why you came 10 minutes late for this interview?" Jun replied, " Mam, I'm a creative person so I often reach late to my destination places." Jenifer was disappointed with the unprofessional reply of Jun and left the interview room. At first Jenifer was disappointed with the get up and look of Jun and later she decide to give him second chance to ask him question to get an answer with professional manner but he disappoint her again and she doesn't allow such unprofessional guy for her company.

The receptionist girl of the company call Jenifer to ask permission if Jun can show her the presentation that can convince her but Jenifer refuse to see him again in his office. Jun go to the rival company of Jenifer as he was refused to show his work. The rival company liked the project of Jun and hired him right there and ignored his look and get up at the interview but he was get paid for formal dress code of office. Jenifer hired a girl who was very professional and showed her expertise.

Three months later in a meeting conference with rival company Jenifer went for finalize a contract and she was over sure that the contract will be for her company as she got the same category contract continuously last five years so how could she miss this time? There she met Jun but she couldn't recognize him with the formal dress up. Jun start giving presentation and all eyes were on him and he explained why they should get the contract by a great performance even Jenifer get impressed.

This time the over confidence of Jenifer doesn't work as the contract goes to the rival company. Jenifer went closer to Jun to congrats him and his company. When she give her hand for a friendly handshake Jun didn't refuse and smiled at her. Jun asked Jenifer, " Can you remember me?" Jenifer asked, "Have we met before?" Yes, I'm the guy who was rejected in your job interview for having unprofessional get up and style. Jenifer staring to Jun and was shocked that she recalled the crazy scientist type guy take over her company today, he was really creative that he proved from Jenifer's rival company. Later they become friends.

Moral of the story is, Don't judge a book by it's cover!!

Jenifer era l'amministratore delegato di una multinazionale e ha raggiunto il successo in tenera età. I suoi anziani per età lavorano sotto di lei. Era brava nei suoi studi e questo l'ha aiutata a superare gli studi accademici prima. Gestisce tutti i dipendenti come CEO e non ha l'attitudine ad avere così tanto successo alla sua tenera età. I suoi genitori e nonni erano orgogliosi di averla nella loro famiglia mentre dimostrava il suo coraggio in tenera età e stabiliva il suo impero commerciale.

Un giorno la sua azienda organizza un colloquio per assumere nuovi dipendenti e Jenifer è stata molto acuta nello scegliere il candidato giusto per ogni ruolo. È una grande leader di squadra, ma a volte si arrabbia per le attività sciocche dei dipendenti, ma controlla la sua rabbia e dà una seconda possibilità a chi merita. Diventa severa quando necessario e licenzia le persone che si dimostrano inutili. L'intervista è stata alle 10 e Jenifer ha apprezzato la puntualità.

Un ragazzo è venuto alle 10:10 chiedendo la possibilità di partecipare al colloquio, ma l'operatore della telecamera a circuito chiuso di Jenifer le ha già comunicato l'ora di ogni candidato. Il ragazzo arrivato in ritardo non era vestito bene, non si era sistemato i capelli e sembra uno scienziato pazzo. Jenifer gli concede un colloquio e gli chiede il suo nome. Si chiamava Jun ed era sempre in ritardo per le interviste.

Jenifer ha chiesto: "Perché sei arrivato con 10 minuti di ritardo per questa intervista?" Jun ha risposto: "Mamma, sono una persona creativa, quindi spesso arrivo in ritardo ai luoghi di destinazione". Jenifer è rimasta delusa dalla risposta poco professionale di Jun e ha lasciato la stanza dei colloqui. All'inizio Jenifer è rimasta delusa dall'alzarsi e dall'aspetto di Jun e in seguito ha deciso di dargli una seconda possibilità per fargli una domanda per ottenere una risposta in modo professionale, ma lui l'ha delusa di nuovo e lei non ammette un ragazzo così poco professionale per la sua compagnia .

La receptionist dell'azienda chiama Jenifer per chiedere il permesso se Jun può mostrarle la presentazione che possa convincerla ma Jenifer si rifiuta di rivederlo nel suo ufficio. Jun va dalla compagnia rivale di Jenifer poiché gli è stato rifiutato di mostrare il suo lavoro. Alla compagnia rivale è piaciuto il progetto di Jun e lo ha assunto proprio lì e ha ignorato il suo aspetto e si è alzato al colloquio, ma è stato pagato per il codice di abbigliamento formale dell'ufficio. Jenifer ha assunto una ragazza molto professionale e ha mostrato la sua esperienza.

Tre mesi dopo, in una conferenza di incontro con la società rivale, Jenifer è andata a finalizzare un contratto ed era più che sicura che il contratto sarebbe stato per la sua azienda poiché ha ottenuto lo stesso contratto di categoria ininterrottamente negli ultimi cinque anni, quindi come poteva mancare questa volta? Lì ha incontrato Jun ma non riusciva a riconoscerlo con l'abito formale. Jun ha iniziato a fare la presentazione e tutti gli occhi erano puntati su di lui e ha spiegato perché avrebbero dovuto ottenere il contratto con una grande prestazione, anche Jenifer ne è rimasta colpita.

Questa volta l'eccessiva fiducia di Jenifer non funziona in quanto il contratto va alla società rivale. Jenifer si avvicinò a Jun per congratularsi con lui e la sua compagnia. Quando le porse la mano per una stretta di mano amichevole, Jun non rifiutò e le sorrise. Jun ha chiesto a Jenifer: "Ti ricordi di me?" Jenifer chiese: "Ci siamo già incontrati?" Sì, sono il ragazzo che è stato rifiutato nel tuo colloquio di lavoro per avere uno stile e uno stile poco professionali. Jenifer fissava Jun ed era scioccata dal fatto che si ricordasse che il tipo di scienziato pazzo ha rilevato la sua compagnia oggi, era davvero creativo che ha dimostrato dalla compagnia rivale di Jenifer. Più tardi diventano amici.
