Today I am Sharing a very Beautiful Recipe of Shami Kabab which Made by My Sister at Home . I Am going To share About How To make Shami kabab famous Recipe Of Pakistan At Home .
first of all My Mom say To My Sister To make This Recipe For us and Its very interesting To Share my Knowledge About Shami kabab .
Shami Kabab Is very Tasty kabab made From Meat and chana dal . Beef is Grind with tasty chana dal and Then fry in oil With all The Ingredients .
Instruction For Making This Dish
Wash Shana Dal and Then soak it in Pressure cooker for 2 Hour To Mix channa dal With Meat
Add water to pressure Cooker To Mix all The Ingredients until The Meat and Channa Dal Cooked
3 . Take This Mixed and make kabab from This Mixer With hand and dip kabab in Egg .
- Take Hot Oil And One By One dip The kabab Until Its become ready and Fried .
5 . enjoy This Tasty Recipe With Family and friends .
Ingredients Use In Shami Kabab
Shami kabab is very Tasty and I Ask from My sister they How She make This amazing Dish for us . she Give To Some Tips To make This Recipe
Take Some Beaf
Take Boiled chana Dal ( Split bengal gram )
Take Onion and some green chilly
Mix All These Thing Together and it also Include salt and chilli powder
+eggTake Oil for frying
