THE BEST FOOD POST WEEK #60/ Daily home cooking

So suddenly I thought let's share with you today the food that I cook and eat every day and that's exactly what I did.

Today I will cook Eggplant and Fish which is a very favorite curry for all of us bengalis a curry which most of people like a lot I myself like this curry very much Eggplant curry is always very favorite with me.

So I brought a piece of brinjal from the store, since I eat alone, I cook little by little without wasting food, and I bought four fish, but I don't know the name of the fish. But the fishes are very tasty and fun to eat.

First I cleaned the fishes and put them in my wok for the market and fried the fishes nicely then I chopped the onion and mixed all the spices that I will add to this curry and also chopped my brinjal and added some potatoes.

Then I stir my maal masalas in the curry for about 15 to 20 minutes to bring out a little red color then add my brinjals and stir my curry for another 10 to 15 minutes. That's how my curries are done for today now I have to add water as much as I need and cover it as much as I need.

After another 10 to 15 minutes my curry is almost finished now I add the fish to my curry along with cumin seeds to make the curry more fragrant.

Without leaving for a while, I put down what I needed and my elder brother was making bread next to me, so my brother told me to eat two breads, so I poured some curry into a bowl and ate a few breads together.
