Trapped heart

The title of this pic is 'Trapped heart' ('Cuore in trappola' in italian). I took it in november 2005. I noticed a spiderweb in a foggy and autumnal day, in a meadow near home, and I liked the idea this spiderweb could metaphorically trapped the chest of the women in the distance. It is important in my opinion not what you see in an image, but what you don't see: a pic must evocate many hidden feeling inside us, different from everyone.

L'immagine è stata scattata durante un volo fotografico sull'isola Baleare di Formentera. La zona è lo stretto tra la parte nord dell'isola e l'isolotto di Espalmador. Nei giorni di calma come quello della foto, è possibile passare da un'isola all'altra a piedi, anche se è pericoloso se c'è un cambio improvviso di vento.

Trapped heart

Il titolo di questa foto è 'Trapped heart' ('Cuore in trappola' in italiano). L'ho presa nel novembre 2005. Ho notato una ragnatela in una giornata nebbiosa e autunnale, in un prato vicino casa, e mi piaceva l'idea che questa ragnatela potesse intrappolare metaforicamente il petto delle donne in lontananza. Per me è importante non quello che si vede in un'immagine, ma quello che non si vede: una foto deve evocare tanti sentimenti nascosti dentro di noi, diversi da tutti.
