What stopped me when I got the image of the farm from the artificial intelligence drawing program (playground)which is used to generate the photo for the competition , I found in the picture a famous and important type of cow, so I decided to write about it.

The Holstein-Friesian (HF) breed.

The Holstein-Friesian (HF) breed, originating in the Netherlands, is today recognized as the world's most productive and long-lived dairy cow. These cows have distinct three colors which are black and white or red and white. They have less muscle than other cows and very good udders. The first type which is the Black and white cows give more milk than the other one .Holstein cow with a good health could weighs 90 pounds or more at birth. mean while A mature Holstein-Friesian cow could weight about 1,500 pounds and measures 58 inches at the shoulder. Although some cows can live longer, the normal lifespan of the Holstein breed is six years.

The Holstein-Friesian first trip to America.

There is a story, which cannot be confirmed, about the first Holstein-Friesian that came to America, that a farmer bought that cow from a Dutch ship that arrived in Boston in 1852. The cow provided fresh milk for the ship's crew during the trip form Europe to America .
