We all love healthy food.

Hello friends, today I am here again to participate in another new competition among you, actually it is not a competition, it is a place of people's sincerity and love.

Everyone has a favorite food. This is not to discuss the favorite food of a country or nation. You can present your favorite food because everyone's opinion is different.

A very well known curry or food to our Bangladeshi people no matter what you call it. Soybeanbeet as we know it is a very tasty and well-known curry. This curry can be prepared in a very short time and can be served in front of the guests as a very tasty dish at a low cost.

Today this curry was cooked at my house, I was sitting and watching it, I liked it very much because I used to cook it in Malaysia, but it was not as delicious as today's home or country home cooking has a different taste.

The things used as materials.

Soybean bits

Round potatoes

onion

garlic

cooking oil

salt

the egg

dry chili

Turmeric and cumin powder

And so on

But the cooking ingredients were mostly hand-made.

In fact, each person's country has a different taste of the people's hand cooking and that has been found after a long time, especially in this curry.

First of all these swabin bits should be cleaned well with white water and kept inside a vessel with water until they swell completely then cleaned well and fried with a little light oil.

The onion and garlic should be browned well and the spices should be served in the same way as other side dishes.

And these soybean bits should be butchered for five to seven minutes. And with that the potatoes should be cooked with a little water after they turn a light brown color because the potatoes need to be boiled.

And as per your choice you can add water and serve the eggs over it. Of course fry the egg then the taste will increase a bit. A very tasty curry is ready in no time.
