오디오북 들으며 7km 오운완 (목표 5km)
스테픈(#STEPN) 켜고 7.06km 걸었더니 10067걸음이 찍히네요. 스테픈 이전에는 1만보가 목표였는데 요즘은 스테픈 에너지 20(100분)을 꼬박꼬박 채우고 있습니다.
맘에 드는 오디오북을 듣다 보면 운동 시간이 순삭으로 지납니다.
그러데 말이지요.
오디오북으로 들었던 책 내용도 운동 마치면 순삭으로 사라져요. ㅋㅋㅋ. 하지만 챗gpt에게 책 내용 필사나 요약 요청하면 또 금세 그 걷기 운동시 들었던 그 감동 금세 찾아옵니다.
